Absolutely delighted with our stay. All the staff were wonderful, extremely helpful and polite. We were checked in by Ana who was a gem. She helped us sort out reservations to The Savoy Grill our first evening there and also for tea at the Thames Foyer the next afternoon. In addition to seeing that we were enjoying our evening, Thierry at The Savoy Grill also spent time at our table sharing stories and humorous anecdotes about the history of the restaurant and the many famous people who frequented it over the years. Tea at the Thames Foyer was perfect and everything we had expected. Our server Maria was wonderful and provided just the level of attentiveness we needed. Our room was impeccably clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. We had a fantastic view of the Thames River, the London Eye and The Victoria Embankment Park below. All in all we feel that this was a completely wonderful experience and we look forward to staying again the next time we visit London.

Staff were friendly & helpful. We arrived very early as we had a full day out ahead of us. Although we couldn’t have a room at that point, our bags were taken & a dinner reservation was made. We ate both evening meal & breakfast in River restaurant. Both sets of staff were very polite, well dressed, knowledgeable & professional. The evening meal was fabulous, we decided to add the caviar course in too. Feel that if you’re there… why not! After dinner we had drinks in both the American Bar, having a pianist was nice. Then into the Beaufort bar for a night cap. We finally “checked in” just before midnight and headed off to the ninth floor for sleep. The room was spacious with a long corridor down to a separate bathroom & toilet & shower beyond that. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were beautiful. Breakfast is also Al a cart, not a buffet in sight. Perfect!! The only area we didn’t explore was the pool & spa… saving those for next time

From the moment of our arrival and being greeted by Gensi we knew we had booked the right hotel for our two night stay This was our only break away together this year and a belated birthday celebration for my wife. The Hotel kindly upgraded our room and left my wife a lovely handwritten note with a cake very thoughtful. The room itself was luxurious attention to detail exemplary. We found every member of staff to be very friendly and helpful I cannot thank Gensi and Tony enough for making our trip to the Theatre an especially memorable one by being Chauffeur driven in the Rolls Royce The breakfast on each morning in both the Foyer and Riverside was exceptional. Our evenings at the American Bar we thoroughly enjoyable especially the cocktails and the Live music. This was a mini break we will never forget and we look forward to visiting this wonderful Hotel in the not to distant a future.

From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave nothing is too much trouble . From Tony and Michael at front of house to Ben on reception the welcome was warm and genuine . The residents lounge is lovely and Hannah and Teng are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious , spotless and so comfortable . Turndown service is a nice touch . We was lucky enough to be staying when the Christmas decorations went up and they are stunning . American bar is great and service excellent . We finished off with Sunday Lunch at the Savoy Grill and it was superb. Fantastic stay and one we shall repeat

Andy

Great location and even greater service. We were celebrating my son’s graduation - the Savoy staff went over and beyond in making it special. There were congratulatory balloons & chocolates in the room and judging from the ‘congratulations’ from various staff members (from the front desk to room service), everyone seemed to have ‘gotten the memo’. It made our stay extra special. In particular, I’d like to mention Genci, the loveliest doorman, who always welcomed us so warmly, and Lea of the front desk who never failed to ask about our day.
